Children's Writers at Conference?

Hi everyone, I’m Meredith Davis, I attended the conference last year and I’m looking forward to coming again this year! One of the things I loved about last year’s conference was getting to know others children’s book writers. In fact, we’ve kept in touch via zoom calls and texts ever since, and we’ve gone on to cheer for each other as our books have released into the world this past year!

I was thinking it would be cool to “meet” each other here before the conference so we already know a little about each other before the big day. I’m terrible with names, maybe this will help me be a little better. :-) I’d love to know your name, where you’re from, and the sorts of things you write.

I live in Austin, TX, and I write middle grade (I’ve had three traditionally published, one narrative nonfiction and two superhero fantasies) and picture books (none published yet).
