Second Conference

I attended the first conference in 2024 and was pleased that the content was similar. After this Conference, I left with a clearer understanding of my next steps. As a result, I am relaunching my rebranded podcast, "John Thurma’s Resilient Faith Shortcast," and aligning my blog more closely with my current book project, "Resilient Faith: Standing Strong in the Storms of Life" (working title). Additionally, I will submit my proposal, which includes an expanded marketing plan (thanks to the Patreon tools) and three chapters. While I plan to pitch it to traditional publishers for the experience, I will likely choose a hybrid approach. As a nonfiction writer, hearing from Chase and spending time with him was an extra blessing. It was a joy to reconnect with alumni from the first conference and to make new friends.
