Announcing: Business Plan Generator

During this week’s episode with Joanna Penn about the business side of writing, I promised to make a Business Plan Generator for the patron toolbox.

This took a surprising amount of time but I am happy to report that it is here!

The Business Plan Generator creates a realistic five year author business plan that matches your time, budget, and goals.

It helps you:

• Map the shift from craft and education to publishing, revenue, and profit

• Build a marketing funnel with Attract, Engage, and Convert so you stop skipping steps

• Set a cadence you can sustain so readers can trust your release schedule

• See your assumptions and risks before you spend money

This tool is a bit involved but I have some tools that will make it easier to use.

Those are:

• Comp Finder - Generate a list of similar books and authors. 

• Timothy Finder - Create a profile of potential readers to help you find your Timothy. 

• Book to Blurb - Use your manuscript to create: back cover copy, a one-paragraph blurb, a one sentence pitch, subtitle ideas, alternate titles
