Bye Bye My Book Table!

Wow. I was using MyBookTable per Thomas’s recommendation. But I’m not really a fan of how it looked. Functional, but not really well branded to my website and kinid of dated (like the blg blue button).

I’ve been launching a new (Christian NF) book, and found Claude very effective at formatting all my resource PDFs to look nice and more professional. So I thought I’d give it a whirl.

I pointed Claude at the MBT page for the new book, pasted in the Book Page Scanner feedback report and Had Claude design a page that would work better. It did come up with a nice look and was able to fill in the pieces that MBT didn’t have (e.g. BSIAC codes) and fit my color scheme. Further i was able to put more images on the page to illustrate what I was offering.

Since I use Divi, Claude output the page in the Divi JSON format, I opened a page on Wordpress and uploaded it and voila! A beautiful page almost right away. I did have to go through and change some font sizes and upload the images But now i have a template and Claude is busily converting all my pages.

Full Disclosure. It was quite a fight to get Claude to know how to give the correct Divi JSON format. It ackted like it knew what it was dong - but it didn’t. Finally I downloaded the JSON from and existing page and it said “Oh, that’s how it’s really formatted”. After that I was able to get the Claude-generated pages to work.

Super excited about what this opens up for me in terms of making my website more functional.
