Do I still need a podcast editing tool when I have a podcast bot?

I registered for the Grok Bot workshop and have downloaded the podcast editing quill. My understanding is that it only works with Descript. Is it possible to skip the middleman and cancel Hindeburg and only use Descript + the podcast bot? I would just prefer not to pay for so many subscriptions! 😅
