Email to Grokbot?

I was listening to the Grok Bot for Authors, and Thomas talks about emailing his Grok Bot. I’d love to hear more about that.

I’ve been building a few quills myself using Thomas’s Coach Quill, including an email quill… which I am in process of programming still. But what is the use of giving grok it’s own email address? Do you do that to prevent Grok from having access to your own email box and just forward emails to grok if you want it to look at?
