Grok integration with Google Docs

I just discovered you can link Grok with Google drive and talk to grok directly from your google doc. It can read, highlight and even make changes to your doc. Because I wanted to make the changes myself here is the prompt I started with

William: “Can you highlight the first section with a typo?”
Grok: “I’ll scan the start of the doc for the first section and any typo, then highlight it.”

This worked and it found the typo and suggested a fix. Then I said

William: “ok keep searching and highlight the next one. start from the last word you scanned. We will continue this workflow until I have reviewed every typo you find.”

Grok: “Highlighted act.The (missing space after the period). Say when to continue to the next.”

I continued this workflow for the entire paper I’m working on and it was very helpful. It can do way more powerful things but I just wanted to test it with something simple.

You can find the integration link here. https://workspace.google.com/u/0/marketplace/app/grok/660927092109?flow_type=2

Once you’ve linked it all you need to do is go to the extensions dropdown tab in your google doc and select Grok It will open on the right side of your screen. I pay for Grok so I don’t know if it works with the free version.
