How do you use AI?

Wondering how others use AI in their work. Sometimes I feel like I’m missing out or not using the AI correctly, or possibly I am relying on it too much. Editing and rewriting bad sentences are mainly how I have used it, but I’ve been generating ideas and outlines with it, which are great but, I’m generating so much material I feel like I can not keep up with the multitude of ideas and writing with limited time I’ve had. It has helped me save a lot of time, but I feel like I need to slow down a bit and focus on one project at a time. What do you all think and how do you use it to better your workflow?
