Primary Grok Bot question

Thomas (or somebody) said to be careful about the Grok “primary bot” because it can sometimes be too eager to act.

Security Bot wanted me to get rid of the default initial bot created when I first downloaded Grokbot. To do that, I had to make Quill Commander my “main bot.” Is that the same as “primary bot”? And if so, is there any danger I should watch out for?
