Question about Supergrok Quill

If I want to use Grok to brainstorm and plan a project that involves processing a lot of text (planning a 2nd edition of a nonfiction book that incorporates my blog content), is it better to use the chat interface directly? Or will the Supergrok Quill be helpful?
