What have I missed?

I tried to use the Media Hook Brainstormer and was directed to paying a life time fee. Somehow I’ve missed Thomas’s information about this. Sorry folks but can you point me to where the information is so I can find out which toolbox tools we need to pay a lifetime fee for and avoid them? Thank you.
