Gilbert Morris, Steve Laube: Write Your First Novel

I was wondering if non-US students of the course can use alternative craft books, as I sometimes find it hard to get a printed version that ships in less than three weeks outside amazon. Is it just me or has this also happened to others?

“Write your first novel” is one of those books that will take almost a month to reach me, i. e. by the time I get it, I should have read it and done my homework based on the contents.

Are there any books I could read instead? Or should I just continue with Y1M5 and then catch up on Y1M4 as and when I receive the book? How have you dealt with this problem?
