Video Glitch on Y2Q1?

Hey there, fellow writers! Is anyone else experiencing this weird slowdown of the video on the year one quarter two video of the new five-year plan? It’s not my wifi, and this is at normal speed. However, even when I boost it to 2x speed it’s mostly unintelligible. Is there a transcript I can read instead? Help!
