Broke a Quarter of a Million, Being Featured & No Social Media.

Aloha all,

Sorry, this is a little late, but October is one of my busiest months. I was also an invited speaker for a podcast session.

So my podcast, “Legends from the Pacific” broke 250K downloads within 4.5 years of our first episode. This does not include YouTube, those numbers would’ve hit this milestone earlier.

Then, on October 1st, Apple Podcasts started featuring my podcast in their recommended Halloween themed selection.

They didn’t contact me, I discovered this when I noticed a spike in my downloads from them. Which also increased my ebook and audiobook sales from Apple.

So:

• My YouTube numbers are not part of my 250K downloads.

• Being featured on Apple Podcasts is not part of my 250K downloads.

• Being featured on Apple Podcasts is increasing my downloads, ebook sales, and audiobook sales in Apple’s ecosystem.

• I have done no social media.
