My Audiobook is launched!

It took 16 days for my audiobook to be approved, more than the 10 days they claim it will take. But finally my Christmas novel is on Audible—in time for some Christmas in July events.

Celebrate with me!

I’m glad it’s out in summer. Summer is actually a better time to read it, since it is an heartfelt book about lost family and found family, but it touches on the sad side of holidays for some people.

The audiobook is a fantastic performance, including a musical presentation of a Christmas pageant. If it’s your kind of book, take a look!

About the book:
Finding Family. Finding Joy. Finding Peace at Christmas.

California firefighter Reuben Morales has faced raging infernos and pulled lives from the flames—but nothing terrifies him like directing a band of squirrelly kids in the church's Christmas pageant.

But he has skin in the game. Fourteen years ago, his wild sister Vera turned the sacred show into a humiliating disaster that branded the Morales family forever. Now Reuben has two months to redeem their name--or doom them as the people who ruined Christmas. Twice.

Then the unthinkable happens. How do you celebrate the Savior's birth—or lead a pageant—when death is in the world?

With opening night closing in and his world in ashes, Reuben faces the ultimate test: Give in to the flames or grapple to survive. If he quits, he seals his family's shame forever…

…if he fights through the fire, if he finds the WAY OUT, he may discover that the simple, ancient story of Christmas is the answer to everything.

A gripping Christmas novella of family, love, and faith in times of trouble.
