My first SELAH in POETRY! Plus 3 Foundation AWARDS

This year, I traveled to BRMCWC in North Carolina from Iowa and won my first SELAH in the published author poetry category.

I’m also celebrating 3 Foundation awards for unpublished catetgories.

I placed 2nd in flash fiction

and 3rd in both Contemporary Fiction and Speculative Fiction.

Then I just heard that I placed as the 3rd Honorable mention for a poem to be published in Lyrical Iowa anthology later this year.

And to top this year off, I am a finalist in the Cascade contest for Children’s picture books.

Praise the Lord!

Now I’d like to learn about a Kickstarter for a debut children’s book called Grief Like Rain, Hope Like Sunlight, to be set up for preorders on August 30th, and launch on Nov 1st.
