Any tips on writing your novels from the last chapter?

I really like outlining, and when I don’t have my books outlined that is when they go off the rails.
I have the first act written of my current project, and the end outlined in depth as well as the core narrative thematically established, so I want to try something different. In the past I have written drafts where is write hoping from chapter to chapter to what is most interesting to me, and it produced some great chapters, but it was simply to unstructred to work well.

Any tips for writing non-chronological?
