How to Write a Novel Premise?

To clarify, this is not back cover copy, but the idea itself (think like a very brief synopsis) The structure I learned was

A sympathetic character wants something (desire), so they pursue (plot goal) to fulfill their desire. If they fail because of things standing in their way (obstacles/villain), then they lose (stakes). The main character must overcome their misconceptions (lie) about themselves and others, and at the end of the story act on what they’ve learned (truth). to achieve their (goal). Then the Main character used their (truth) to build a better life at the end.

Any thoughts? Things that should be added?
