Q on Werewolves

Has anyone written on Werewolves? or know of good Werewolf fiction that’s virtue - vice based aka “judo-chrisitan” in story telling genre and not gore, blood, ravenous stories? I am finishing up a story and wanted to see what else is out there that this group may know about. Thanks
