Should authors misspell book titles on purpose?

What do these book and film titles have in common?

📕 The Pursuit of Happyness
📗 Pet Sematary
📘 Inglourious Basterds

Of course! They all contain misspelled words. But is it a good idea for an author to include incorrect spellings in their book titles? My latest blog post investigates this and includes around 50 film and book titles containing misspelled words (some work, some don't).
