The Mask

I recently discovered this resource and found it amazinly helpful for a story’s character development to identify the Mask as encompassing the four elements:

• Longing/Need,

• Wound,

• Belief,

• Fear

These create a MASK that = Identity versus Essence (which is the person beneath the mask).
