Venti Venting
Hey cadre,
I am feeling like I need a pep talk. I have been writing nonstop for two months. While writing, I’m also working to build my platform so I can be ready for a great first book launch this LATE spring.
The subject of that first book lauch will be my first novel, which is going through a developmental edit with a really experienced editor. While her suggestions are numerous and positive and helpful, I’m starting to feel like I’m never going to finish this book. I’m stuck in the middle searching for a way out. I got some great guidance frorm Plot & Structure on how the heck to find my way back to the right path in my story, but i don’t know if every first time author goes through this feeling of self-doubt, overwhelmedness, and terror or if this is my own self imposed prison of worry.
Regardless, I could use maybe some reassurance or some ideas on how to get out of this FUNK!
with gratitude in advance,
Michael
