(Expired) Save $21 on the Samson q9u

The Samson Q9u (Affiliate Link) usually sells for $149 and I just found it on sale on Amazon for only $128. This is a very solid guest podcasting microphone and it is more flattering to female voices than the $99 Samson Q2u (Affiliate Link). It also looks like a podcast microphone making it work for video and podcast hosting.

The Samson Q9u is much cheaper than the $209 Rode Podmic USB which I also like. Is the Podmic better? Yes. Is it twice as good? No. At $128 the Q9u is the best bang for your buck.

All three microphones can plug into your computer via USB and can plug into a mixer via XLR.
