MailerLite Issues

I’m having serious issues with MailerLite, and I’m considering moving to a new email service. I use them for my author newsletter and collecting email addresses from readers. I also have my blog posts linked through an RSS feed, and that is where I am having trouble.

In the last three weeks they have sent out five blank emails to my blog subscriber list. It shows my heading but blank content. I was away from home, when the first three went out. As soon as I realized what was going on I contacted them, and asked for help with the issue. Three different people eventually responded, all saying they were working on the problem and would let me know when they had it solved. Finally, the third person told me to disconnect it from my blog and set up a new RSS feed.

I had my website designer help me set up the new connection. I sent out one blog post and all seemed good, then this past weekend, another blank email went out to all the blog subscriber list.

Of course my subscribers/readers are confused and many are unsubscribing. We disconnected the RSS feed again and continued requesting help from MailerLite. They say they are working on it. So in three weeks, they are not able to solve this problem.

Have any of you had this issue with MailerLite?

I’m thinking of switching to Flodesk, but it looks really different. Anyone use them? What email service do you recommend?
