A Good Author Bio? Timeless or Current?

I'm trying to write a short one paragraph, 100 words or less author bio. Should a good author Bio be timeless such as not saying things that may change over time like how many kids you have, if you're an “up and coming author", or how many books you have out? Or should it be current saying things like how many kids and how many books and how many awards or other things you have currently?

I should note the Bio I am writing will be in a published book and I don't know if it will be able to be changed later. This will be my first official published work so I'm not even sure what to focus on in the bio 😅 I appreciate any and all the advice I can get 😊
