Advice for Opening a Book Mobile?

I would love to open a bookstore/book lending library and cafe with a focus on clean and wholesome books and foods (gluten-free!), with space to hang out and do small events or talks. I would try to have a lot of indie titles you would not find in most bookstores. Basically, it would be Christian worldview, classics, Conservative. (And yes, violent “guy” books, like Marines with zombies, are included so long as otherwise clean. :) )

I am considering starting with a book mobile and going to farmers markets and festivals and maybe kids summer camps and maybe set up near fireworks stands and snow cone stands, etc., as I get permission.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Any wisdom? Would having a focus on unfamiliar indie titles be a plus or drawback? (Yes, I am aware I would need a business license and peddler license and that gas is expensive right now…)
