Amazon Affiliate links for children's authors.

I am a children’s book author and illustrator, and have been working on updating my website. I wanted to add Amazon Affiliate links to the few books I published a while back. Unfortunately, Amazon won’t allow me to use them since my site may be directed at children under the age of 13. See their notice in the application section below:

“Are any of the traffic sources listed above directed primarily at children under 13? These traffic sources are not eligible to display banners, widgets, special links, or other ads from Amazon Associates. You are required to declare this information.”

I write children’s picture books through young adult. My blog is more for young adults and adults. Does anyone have suggestions on how to use the links, or am I out of luck?
