Amazon and a writer's editorial reviews

Didn’t we used to be able to add those reviews/nice comments from editors and competitions as editorial reviews on our Amazon author page and on the book page?

Poor old Salt Run has no reviews - Amazon keep putting the novella in SF/Fantasy despite me trying to get it into YA historicals - but I have 15 kind comments from 15 teen readers who read the book for the Wishing Shelf awards and liked it very much.

Has Amazon stopped those reviews? If so where can they go? And if someone says Goodreads I believe the comp put them there. And if anyone know how to get Goodreads to answer my pleas for updating my books there I will send you a virtual bottle of champagne or your favourite tipple! I cannot get a reply!
