Amazon Associate Question

I just signed up to become an Amazon Associate and I’m wondering if we’re now allowed to include affiliate links in newsletters/emails? I’ve scoured the Operating Agreement and much of the program’s website, but I don’t see anything that specifically mentions links in newsletters, either for or against. @Thomas Umstattd Jr.
