Amazon launch

I can’t keep up with the changes at Amazon. I have a YA/lit novella ready to launch. My ARC copy readers are kind enough to want to write reviews. Is it now the case that if I launch and they put their reviews up at the same time or within a few days those reviews will be removed? Also as they did not buy the books at Amazon they’ve always stated they were ARC readers with free copies. Does this kill their reviews too?

There used to be several good marketing newsletters which accepted new books without reviews. The two I knew now don’t. Anyone know of ones which still do?
