Amazon Pre-order

When you put a book on pre-order on Amazon, can you change the price you set so that people who pre-order at different times are paying different prices?

I want to give select people the opportunity to buy the book cheap during the pre-order, but don’t want it at a super cheap price for the whole pre-order.

Can i put it up cheap, have those people buy and then change the price and the first to buy will still have the cheaper price on launch day?
