Anyone recommend a good AI creator of audio books?

Eleven lab I know people talk about but are there any other companies which will create the audio books for me? And which are offering to do so for a reasonable fee?

I need a system which can cope with different Yorkshire accents, low caste and high caste Indian voices, as well as regional NZ accents, regional upper crust English and speak Japanese!!!

I wish I could pay for one of companies with actors!
