AppSumo suggestions?

I have an AppSumo credit ($98) that expires in 28 days. (More on that below) Please make suggestions on something you’ve used or have heard good things about. I’m shopping but welcome your input as well!

Here’s my AppSumo story. I purchased ChatScribe Pro in July 2024 through AppSumo and have used it several times, but not recently. Yesterday, I tried to log in to the site and couldn’t. So I reached out to AppSumo simply to ask if the company had gone under. I got a response from customer service quickly. They confirmed that the company wasn’t responding to them, either. Then they reminded me that their warranty is for one year and this purchase was outside their warranty. (which I knew and hadn’t asked for any adjustment) Then they gave me a credit for the amount of the purchase of ChatScribe Pro. All without me asking.

This was amazing and gracious customer service. I’m impressed.
