Blessed Easter!

So grateful for this day of remembrance and celebration, to step back from the craziness of life and receive, breathe, wonder. I wrote this poem last Easter as I reflected on the sun and the Son. Oh the joy of saying so much with only a few words. 😇

The Rising Son

It is finished

Yet it begins again

Creation on repeat

Fading shadows

Darkness of night

Gives way to rays of light

The world awakes

New mercies flow

Love remains

Til the end is finished.
