Business Card question

I am re-doing my author husband’s business cards.

Is it still ‘in fashion’ to use the author’s picture on the business card?

It will have contact info and a tagline on the front and will have a QR code on the back to sign up for a free reader magnet.

I was actually thinking I might make two different cards. One with his picture and info on it to give out to other authors (at conferences, etc.), and one to give to readers with the magnet link on the back.

What do you all think of that plan??
