Can You Do Sidebars in Vellum?

I’m formatting a devotional (maybe a little hefty for a first project, but I guess we’ll see) and wondering if there’s any way you can include that within Vellum or if you need a special software/typesetter for that. “That” being putting a quote on the side of the page or doing those large quotes that break up the text visually for people.
