Can someone direct me to how to get support with my Canva account? I have paid for the Pro plan, and created some documents. But now it won’t let me edit them or use the pro features. I can see the plan is in effect in the billing part of the account, but the features aren’t available. Anyone know a trick to unlock or get help? I can’t find answers in their site.
