Chapter numbers, names or both?

I’m in the process of learning all things related to publishing my first book. Yay, and I wanted to get your opinion on using chapter titles.

In my draft, I have pithy chapter titles, but formatting it and paying attention to other recently published books, I’ve noticed that most chapter headings are simply numbers. Is this the trend? I don’t want to be outdated before I even publish.
