Deadline for LLCs

Is everyone aware of the deadline for filing a BOIR (Beneficial Ownership Information Report). This is a new government requirement for small business owners, as in single owner author LLCs. The deadline is January 1, 2025. Fines will be given for non-compliance. The form is easy to fill out on-line. www.fincen.gov/boi (this is the corrected site link)
