Do you write children's books?

I am looking for a Christmas gift of books for 7yo grandson who loves to read and reads at about a third grade level. He just discovered Encyclopedia Brown books but generally seems to like NF books - mostly of animals. I’d like to support authors here before searching further. If you have ideas for me, let me know. Thanks!

Update: I ordered one book but I am willing to buy more for him if you have suggestions.
