Email list question

Hi! A subscriber responded to a welcome sequence email that they are 13 and not sure how they signed up for my email… After that they wrote a very heartfelt response introducing themself which is what my email asks readers to do.

Question: Should I remove them from my email list?

The Privacy Policy on my site has a section about Age of Consent for my Shop which is with Shopify. They are too young for consent in any country I would imagine…
