Font Size on Vellum

So… I know that Vellum does a beautiful job formatting books and it looks great the way it is, but what if you want the text, you know, BIGGER? Is there a button for that? Am I an idiot for not knowing where it is?
Also, does anyone know how you would insert bars to separate out a block quotation to make it fancier?

I’m starting to understand why people pay for this XD
