How short is too short for early MG?

I’m in the process of writing a short novel for my siblings, which is going to be 12-15k and 80-100 pages. Is that too short to publish? I’d like to print some copies just for my siblings to have, but since it’s decently well edited already and I’ll be getting a professional cover design, I’m considering just publishing it as well. (It would definitely be to the tastes of my audience, and since I’ll be doing that editorial and design work, I feel like I might as well put it out there… I’m just not sure if the short length is off-putting.)
