Ingram Spark's Terms of Service

I’m ready to launch and am considering Ingram Spark for their wider possible distribution. When I read their Terms of Service/Terms and Conditions’, I went cross-eyed with it’s overly wordy, it doesn’t seem to be saying anything, gobbledy-gook.

Has anyone had a lawyer look this horrible thing over? Does anyone know what they’re actually tying you to? I need a practical, just the facts translation of that mess!

Is anyone here using Ingram Spark? Please tell me about your experiences good and bad.
