IP Lawyer

This may be a Thomas Umstattd question, but anyone with experience is welcome to chime in.

My author husband and I (living in Texas) need to have our will updated since he is now the author of 20+ fiction books. We have established an LLC.

Has anyone used a lawyer with IP experience to make their will? Does it matter? We currently live in Georgetown (north of Austin) so it would be preferable to find someone within a two-hour radius. Although in this digital age, that may not matter either. 🙂
