Kindle ebook question

Hey all, can I order author copies of my ebook, or is that only for paperback books? I would like to gift ebooks to some subscribers. I could send them a PDF, but it would be great if it was in their Kindle library. I can’t imagine trying to explain to them how to send me their Kindle address. I still struggle with some of them trying to figure out how to listen to my podcast! Thank you!
