Need help re: videos not loading on How to Make Your Author Website Amazing course

I’ve been trying a bunch of things to get this to work. I’m trying to watch the videos on this course and keep getting an 003 playback error. Something about decoding? shrug
I’ve cleared my browser cache, logged out and back in, and nothing is working. The course platform is suggesting I contact my “school” and see if the video files are corrupted and need to be re-uploaded. Downloads aren’t working either.
