Need Mailer Lite Help

I seem to be in an infinite loop. I get to the point where I verify my email domain. I get the confirmation email and it says something like, “Click here to verify.” When I click it, it takes me back to my MailerLite Dashboard that shows that step has not been completed. I also am being asked to give the following info… (And I already have a website.) Any ideas for what to do?
