New reporting law for US entities including LLCs

I just received notification of this from my local Small Business Association.

Pretty much every business is required to fill out this form. If you were established before 2024 you have until January 1, 2025. If you established in 2024 you have 90 days from receiving your confirmation paperwork to get it filled out.
