Patreon toolbox

Hi there! I’m trying to log in to access the Patreon toolbox. I’ve been a member since December, and the app recognizes that, but when I click on the toolbox, I’m told to sign up all over again. When I try on my computer the same thing happens. How do I get the system to connect that I’m a member? Anyone else have this issue?
